The American Bar Association (ABA) presents a webinar on the need for diversity and inclusion in the construction industry: “Now, more than ever, the need for authentic and broad corporate diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives is apparent to companies across industry and geography.” This ABA seminar will cover “the barriers to diversity and inclusion in the construction industry, the steps to create opportunity and access, and why increasing the number of minority owned construction companies and skilled workers is critical to address shortages in the industry.” The one-day webinar will be conducted by Jennifer Todd, Founder & President of LMS General Contractors and Cathy Altman, Chair of Construction at Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, LLP.
