The 23rd LCI Congress connects “professionals from every field within the design and construction industry to engage on the latest Lean practices.” Attendees will learn “how Lean approaches and methods improve project outcomes in critical areas including cost-savings, efficiency, and quality, as well as advance overall organizational health.” The program begins with a Learning Day that allows professionals to earn continuing education credits. The next two days consist of the Core Program, which features sessions and breakout sessions. The final day allows attendees to see Lean in action through off-site project visits.
